Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the platform and we were unable to resolve them
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your initial subscription purchase
  • You violated our Terms of Service or engaged in prohibited conduct
  • You're requesting a refund for renewal charges (you must cancel before renewal)
  • You've already received a refund for a previous subscription period

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed according to the following timeline:

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing cycle.

Refund returns your payment and immediately revokes Pro access. This is only available within the 7-day guarantee period.

Can I get a partial refund?

No, we only offer full refunds for the initial subscription period within 7 days. Partial refunds for unused time are not available.

What happens to my uploaded tracks after a refund?

Your uploaded tracks will remain on the platform, but you'll lose the ability to upload new tracks or earn revenue from sales until you resubscribe to Pro.

Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel before renewal?

Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. We send reminder emails before each renewal. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges.

Do you offer refunds for track purchases?

Individual track purchases are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product. However, if you experience technical issues downloading a track, contact support for assistance.
